摘　　要：针对当前我国农村道路运输市场存在的诸多问题,运用解构分析的研究方法,分析问题存在的本质原因,从理论上探讨如何加强运输市场管理、规范市场运行秩序,从而建立一个统一、开放、竞争、有序的农村道路运输市场。合理、有效配置农村地区资源,更好地服务于农村经济的健康、快速、可持续发展,并针对问题提出了可行性对策。This paper aims at the questions of current rural transport market in our country. It uses research technique which sets at variance analysis questions＇ essential reasons, and theoretically discusses how to strengthen the transports market management, and standardize market movement order. Thus it establishes an unified, opened, competitive and orderly rural transport market, It effectively utilities rural area resources, to keep the rural economy healthy, fast and sustainable development. It solves these questions by proposing some feasible countermeasures.
