摘 要:观察力竭运动与抗氧化剂(维生素E)对肾脏细胞凋亡和自由基代谢的影响,以进一步阐明肾脏细胞凋亡的机制.将18只SD大鼠随机分为3组:安静对照组、力竭运动组和补充维生素E且力竭运动组.力竭运动24 h后取材,利用原位末端标记法(TUNEL法)测定大鼠肾脏细胞凋亡发生率,同时测定大鼠肾脏组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px).结果发现:急性力竭运动导致肾小管远端细胞凋亡,但一次性补充抗氧化剂对肾脏细胞凋亡与自由基代谢影响不大,而且自由基代谢与肾脏细胞凋亡关系不大.To explore the effect of exhaustive exercise and Vitamin E supplementation on renal apoptosis and oxidative free radical mechanism of rats, 18 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: sedentary control group, exhaustive exercise group and exhaustive exercise group which supplies Vitamin E. Apoptosis of renal ceils was investigated by TUNEL and MDA, SOD and GSH - Px of kidneys were investigated too. It observed that apoptosis of renal tubular increased during exhaustive exercise. But Vitamin E supplementation only temporary is useless.
