汽车企业资源外包业务的选择研究

摘　　要：基于资源外包这一模式的广泛应用,研究分析了汽车企业资源外包的内部和外部影响因素,确定了汽车企业将非核心业务进行资源外包的指导思想。运用模糊综合评价法,给出了资源外包对企业核心业务能力贡献的评价指标体系,构建了模糊综合评价模型。文中从4个层面给出的具体的测评指标,为汽车企业核心业务的识别提供了有意义的参考。In this paper, the internal and external factors of resource outsourcing were analyzed and the guiding ideology about outsourdng non-core operation was decided. According to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation index system of the resources outsourcing＇s contribution to the core operational capacity and its fuzzy comprehensive model was con- structed. The evaluation index system, some beneficial references are proposed in this paper to distinguish the core operation of automobile enterprise.
