摘　　要：基于中国西部干线公路与高速公路建设融资模式的差异性分析,构建西部干线公路公路建设融资资本的优化数学模型。利用约束变尺度法优化工具软件(CVM01),该优化数学模型能够用于判定西部干线公路建设内部融资、债务融资与股权融资的配比关系,提供一种西部干线公路公路建设的融资准则。Based on the analysis of differences between financing options for highways and freeways in the westem China, the optimum mathematical model of financing for the highways is created. Applying the CVMO1 Software, this optimum model could be used to judge the proportional relation among the inside＇ s, debt＇s and share＇s financing, so as to provide a criterion for financing those highways.
