摘　　要：目的探讨高位腰椎间盘突出症的诊断与治疗效果。方法回顾总结12例临床病例病情临床表现不同特异性,CT、MRI提供主要诊断依据,非手术与手术治疗疗效比较。结果非手术治疗优良率71.4%,手术治疗优良率85.7%。结论高位腰椎间盘突出症临床表现不典型、易漏、误诊,应认真检查,必要时MRI提供依据,治疗要及时,手术要细致。Objective： To probe into the diagnosis and treatment of protrousion of the upper Lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods：with the aid of CT.MRI ettect between non-surgery and surgery treatment, different distinctions of 12 patients were restrospeetively studied.Results： Non-surgery treatment was finely rated 71.4% compared with surgery treatment 85.7%.Condusion：Clinical symptoms of protrousion of the upper lumbar intervertepral disc are not typical and it is easily unnoticed or misdiagnosed. So a careful clinical inspection, a timely medical treatment as well as a meticulous operation are of grave importance for the treatment.
