摘　　要：目的 观察TDP治疗小儿急性腹泻病的疗效。方泫 加用型号为CQ-27系列的TDP治疗器在患儿脐周围及合谷穴照射，每次每处15～20min，1～2次／d，连续2～3d。并设对照组单纯按常规方法治疗。结果 治疗组50例中，显效44例，有效4例，显效率88％，总有效率96％；对照组50例中，显效31例，有效10例，显效率62％，总有效率82％，两组比较，χ^2=9．0133，P〈0．01，有显著性差异。结论 加用TDP治疗器治疗小儿急性腹泻病疗效更佳。Objective To observe the curative effect of children acute diarrhea treated with TDP. Methods The observe group was treated with the CQ - 27 TDP instnmaent radiated around umbilic and Hegu acupoints for 15 ～ 20 min/ 1 ～ 2 times for 2 ～ 3 days. The control group was treated with normal methods. Results There were 4 cases excellent and 4 cases good with rate 88% and total effective rate 96%. The effective rate in control group was 62% and total rate 82 %. There was significant difference between two groups P 〈 0.01. Conclusion The TDP instrument might be benefit for children acute diarrhea with good effect.
