摘　　要：本文探讨甲状腺手术中引起喉上神经(SLN)损伤的相关因素,特点及其预防措施。结果表明,甲状腺手术中SLN损伤的发生,与甲状腺疾病的性质、甲状腺上极处理方式的选择明显相关,与术中是否常规显露SLN无明显关系。预防术中SLN的损伤,要求手术者熟悉SLN的解剖及其变异,同时手术中细致操作,只结扎甲状腺上动脉各分支。To discuss the relative factors, its characteristics and prevention of SLN injury during thyroid operation. The results demonstrated that the SLN injury was related with thyroid disease, upper pole management of thyroid and without exposure of SLN. The prevention was that operator should be familiar with anatomy and abnormality of thyroid gland, fine performance and ligation of thyroid artery.
