摘　　要：介绍了二段抽提与沉降工艺首次在中国石化北京燕山分公司炼油厂70万t/a糠醛精制装置的应用,以及该装置由35万t/a扩能改造至70万t/a的技术特点;总结归纳了在新技术、新设备的应用成果;并详细介绍了装置的标定情况,标定结果表明装置主要技术参数达到或超过设计指标。The application of two - stage extraction and sedimentation technology in the furfural refining unit of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co. Refinery, and the technologic characteristics of extending the unit capability ：from 0.35 Mt/a to 0.7 Mt/a were presented. Many new technologies and new equipments applied to the technical revamping were summarized. And the calibration status of unit was presented in detail. The calibration results showed that the main technical parameters of unit can reach or exceed the design indexes.
