二烷基二硫代磷酸复酯镉的合成及摩擦学性能研究

摘  要:合成了二烷基二硫代磷酸复酯镉,利用四球试验机评价了其极压抗磨性能,并与同类添加剂T307进行了比较,同时采用扫描电镜、X-射线能谱仪对其边界润滑状态下形成的磨斑及表面元素含量进行了分析。结果表明:二烷基二硫代磷酸复酯镉具有良好的抗磨性能和承载能力,其作用机理可能是在摩擦过程中与金属表面作用,生成了金属镉、硫化物、硫酸盐、磷酸盐等反应膜,从而起到了较好的极压抗磨作用。Cadmium dialkyldithiophosphyl dithiophosphate was synthesized. The anti - wear and extreme pressure properties were evaluated by four - ball tester at different concentration and load, and compared with T307. The rubbing surface was investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive X - ray (EDX). The results showed that the additive possesses good antiwear property and load carrying capacity. The antiwear mechanism might be that the additive reacted with the metal surface in friction process and formed a reactive film composed of compounds containing cadmium, sulfide, sulphate, phosphate etc, which played an important role in antiwear and extreme pressure.
