摘 要:机械加工车间空气中油雾颗粒以1μm左右的气溶胶形式存在,为了检测其油雾的浓度和油雾的组成成分,提出了溶液吸收富集采集油雾和气相色谱法检测油雾浓度的方法,并用该方法检测了某机械加工车间空气中油雾的浓度。实验表明:该检测方法能快速、准确地测量油雾的浓度。进一步采用了GC-MS方法对油雾的组分进行定性分析,测试结果表明:车间空气中的油雾主要是由四氯乙烯、十二烷、乙苯及对二甲苯组成。In machining workshop, particle of oil mist'floats in the air in the form of aerosol for mostly di- ameter of 1 p^rn or so. To monitor the concentration and composition of oil mist, a method for collecting oil mist with solution adsorption and monitoring oil mist concentration with gas phase chromatograph was put forward. The test result in a machining workshop showed that the concentration of oil mist can be quickly and accurately meas- ured by means of above method. The qualitative analysis of oil mist composition was carried out by using GC - MS. The result indicated that the oil mist in the air is mostly composed of tetrachloroethylene, dodecane, ethylbenzene and paraxylene.
