摘　　要：采用双进四出方式,解决了单轮槽Conform连续挤压法难以生产小截面型材的问题。通过除氧化层和防扭绞实现了双根进料;通过一模多孔,设置分流刀和模支撑实现了多根出料,从而降低了挤压比,减少了溢料,提高了腔体等寿命。The paper describes the method of double feeding and quadric-discharge, which has settled the difficulty in producing shaped copper with small cross section by continuous extruding at single-wheel tank. Double feeding is completed through descaling and twist control, and multi-discharge is achieved through making more holes in one die and providing splitting tools and die support, thus reducing extrusion ratio and spillage and extending the service life of cavity, etc.
