老年病专科护士院内会诊指导压疮湿性换药的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨老年病专科护士对老年压疮患者进行院内会诊,指导院内会诊科室的护士进行压疮换药及落实防压疮措施、观察压疮的护理效果。方法将2005年4月-2006年4月收治的48例患者设为对照组,采用传统的压疮干性换药方法;将2006年5月-2007年4月收治的39例患者设为观察组,观察组则由老年专科护士会诊后制定方案,并指导护士实施压疮湿性换药法,比较两组的疗效、治愈时间及换药次数。结果观察组压疮的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中已治愈患者的治疗时间为(18.22±5.19)d,换药为(6.19±2.52)次,对照组治愈时间(24.14±7.11)d,换药(25.46±7.50)次,效果显著优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论老年专科护士对老年压疮患者进行会诊,将个体化的压疮评估与湿性换药的方法在临床中推广,使压疮护理的新知识得到有效应用,使压疮治愈时间缩短,换药次数减少。由此可见老年病专科护士院内会诊指导压疮的护理,可明显提高压疮的护理效果。Objective To explore the effect of intra-hospital nursing consultation of specialized nurses of senile diseases on senile bedsores, to supply the guidance for nurses about dressing changing and taking the preventive measures, and to observe the effect of bedsore nursing. Methods 48 patients with senile diseases admitted and treated in the departments of the hospital from Apr. 2005 to Apr. 2006 were made into control group and 39 patients from May 2006 to Apr. 2007 into experimental group. In the control group, dry dressing changing was applied and in the experimental group, bedsore wet dressing changing after consultation of specialized nurses of senile diseases and under their instructions was adopted. The curative effect, healing time and dressing-changing time were compared between the groups. Results The effect of the experimental group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. In the experimental group, the healing time in the healed patients and dressing-changing were （18.22±5.19）d and （6.19±2.52）, significantly better than those in the control group （24.14±7.11）d and （25.46±7.50） （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The consultation by specialized nurses of senile diseases, individual bedsore assessment and the use of wet dressing-changing are effective in applying new nursing knowledge, shortening treatment duration, reducing time for changing dressing, alleviating patient＇s pain and saving the nurse＇s time.
