喉癌术后患者出院后的综合护理

摘　　要：总结对48例喉癌术后患者进行出院后的综合护理的经验。认为喉癌术后患者的心理状态、语言功能、进食方式及呼吸通道发生改变,影响其生活方式和生存质量,应进行综合护理。包括:针对患者的恐惧、悲观进行心理护理,争取家庭的支持;成立佛山新声会,让喉切除患者在医务人员的帮助下获得语言康复,重新回归社会;设立喉科护理专科门诊,帮助解决家庭护理中的常见问题,给予日常护理和康复护理的指导。通过院外护理,本组48例患者完全生活自理,有45例(94%)能掌握至少1种发声方法,提高了患者的生存质量。The paper summarized the experience of out-hospital comprehensive nursing of 48 patients after laryngeal cancer operations. The authors argued that patients should be treated with comprehensive nursing because the change of their mental status, language ability, feeding methods and respiratory channel affected their normal life style and living quality. The comprehensive nursing included： giving mental nursing aiming at the horror and pessimism of the patients and obtaining support of the family; establishing New Voice Club of Foshan to make the patients underwent laryngeal operations obtain language rehabilitation and adapt to their normal lives with the help of medical staffs; setting up the laryngeal specialized nursing out-patient clinic and helping the patients with solving the normal problems of the family nursing, providing the direction of the daily nursing and rehabilitation nursing. All 48 patients in the group can totally restore self-care ability through out-hospital nursing and 45 obtained at least one method of voice production. Thus, their quality, of life was improved.
