摘　　要：本研究建立了幽门螺杆菌的近缘苗猪胃螺杆菌的SPF级Balb／c小鼠模型，发现细菌可在其中长期定植并引起与人类Hp相关胃炎相似的组织学改变，提示该模型可用于幽门螺杆菌的研究。An animal model of Helicobacter felis (Hf)which is a related bacterium of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)was estalished in this study. After oral inoculation of Hf to the stomach of 25 of Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) Balb/c mice,long time colonizayion was observed. Histologic changes were mainly chronic active gastritis features. After16 weeks of infection,chronic gastritis was found in all of the 25 mice IgG antibodies with cross reaction with Hp could be detected in serum and intestinal fluid of the infectious animals. Both of these findings were similar to that of Hp infection in human beings,which suggests that this model should be useful in the study of Hp.
