摘　　要：为了解决各国产品责任的立法冲突,运用对比分析的方法研究了各国产品责任冲突法的新发展及我国相关立法的不足。结果表明:我国产品责任法律适用的立法体例不尽合理,具体的冲突规则也有不少缺陷,因此,要完善侵权行为地的确认规则,引入新的法律适用原则,适当扩大外国法的适用范围,以完善中国现有的侵权行为法律适用规则。In order to solve the conflicts China＇s application of law for products in the regulations of products liability between nations, the disadvantages of liability were analyzed based comparing legislation of China with other nations,making suggestions on how to resolve these problems, which include the place infringing committed, new principles of application of law for products liability and extension for the field of application of foreign law.
