摘 要:采集33例临床症状疑似猪链球菌感染猪的全血及内脏器官进行涂(触)片染色镜检,取有球菌感染的样品16份进行血琼脂平板分离纯化试验;根据血琼脂平板上菌落形态、溶血情况及对单个菌落涂片染色镜检结果,共筛选出12份可疑样品,进一步采用液体培养基对12份样品进行增菌及纯化培养;选取纯化培养菌进行链球菌生化试验,结果共鉴定出11株纯化的猪链球菌;11株猪链球菌均对小鼠表现出高致病力。The blood and tissus samples from 33 suspicious Streptococcus suis(S, suis) infected swine were checked by microcopy, and 16 samples which infected coccus were further used to isolate and identify S. suis by agar plate or the blood agar plate. According to the bacterium colony shapes,hematolysis character and microscope check results of the bacterium colonies on the blood agar plate, 12 suspicious samples were screened. The 12 bacteria strains were further proliferated and purified by the liquid culture medium , and 11 strains were identified as S. suis isolated strains. The pathogenic test results indicated that all 11 purificared strains were high pathogenic to the white mouse.
