摘 要:滇池是我国最大的高原湖泊,因污染负荷的大量输入,近年来已经急剧富营养化,水华现象日益严重。大清河是流入滇池的主要支流之一,也是入湖污染负荷的重要通道,研究大清河河口水环境变化特征和自净能力对于控制入湖污染负荷具有重要意义。采用现场原位实验和室内模拟实验相结合的方法,测定了大清河河口水体物理、化学和生物净化过程的相关参数,研究了大清河河口水体的自净能力。该研究成果为建立河口水质模型提供了必要的参数,并为河口水环境治理提供依据。Dianchi, the largest plateau lakes in China, has been seriously polluted due to heavy inputs of waste loads from the watershed. The lake becomes highly eutropic and algal blooms often take place in recent years. The Daqinghe River is a major tributary of Dianchi, which carries the wastes into the lake. It is therefore important to investigate the water quality dynamics and self-purification capacity of the outlet of Daqinghe River, so that efficiently control the wastes entering into the lake. This paper presents the analyses of physical, chemical and biological processes of self-purification through field observations and laboratory experiments. The study results can provide the parameters to the three-dimensional water quality model that is developed dedicatedly for this area and is to be presented in another paper about modelling. In addition, they can support the design of the aquatic environment restoration programs.
