摘 要:在相转移催化剂作用下,以氯化苄和对甲苯酚为主要原料,通过微波辐射合成对甲苯基苄基醚。实验结果表明:利用该方法合成对甲苯基苄基醚的最佳反应条件是:n(对甲苯酚)∶n(氢氧化钠)为1∶1.2,n(对甲苯酚)∶n(氯化苄)为1∶1.5(均以对甲苯酚用量0.1 mol为基准),相转移催化剂采用四丁基溴化铵,催化剂用量为2.0 g,溶剂甲苯40 mL,反应温度110°C,微波辐射时间45 min。在此反应条件下,对甲苯基苄基醚的收率可达到87.21%,实验重现性较好。利用红外光谱分析、熔点测定和元素分析,对产品进行了物性、组成和结构表征,表明合成物质确为目标产物。The p-tolyl benzyl ether was synthesized by the reaction of p-cresol and benzyl chloride with phase transfer catalyst TBAB under microwave irradiation. The effects of material ratio, reaction time, and the dosage of catalyst on the reaction were studied. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: n (p-cresol): n (sodium hydroxide) = 1.: 1.2; n (p-cresol): n(benzyl chloride) = 1 : 1.5; dosage of catalyst, 2.0 g(based on 0.1 mol p-cresol) ; 40 mL toluene as solvent; reaction temperature, 110℃; reaction time, 45 minutes. The yield of p-tolyl benzyl ether was 87.21%, and the result could be repeated. The product was identified by IR spectroscopic analysis, meltingpoint test and elemental analysis.
