摘 要:依据建立的铝双辊铸轧区熔体流动凝固传热模型对铸轧区的温度场进行了数值模拟,研究了不同的铸轧工艺参数包括铸轧速度、带坯厚度、铸轧辊直径、内冷强度、铸轧区长度的变化对铸轧区温度场的影响规律,结果表明:铸轧速度增加,铸造区长度增加,带坯的出口温度增大;内冷强度的增加,铸造区长度变短,带坯的出口温度减小,这种影响随着内冷强度的增加而逐渐减弱,从而为优化铸轧工艺参数提供依据。There is a numerical simulated of the casting temperature field based on the established melt flows, solidification and heat transfer model of twin-roll casting aluminum. The effects of the changes of different casting process parameters, such as casting speed, strip thickness, diameter of roll, cooling intensity and length of casting area, on the casting temperature field was studied. When the casting speed increases, the length of casting zone increases while the export temperature of strip increases. On the other hand, when the cooling intensity increases, the impact is opposite to the former factor. And it's gradually weakened with the incresement of the cooling intensity. What was as well as used to provide a basis to optimize the casting process parameters.
