三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯的制备研究

摘　　要：研究了以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,以对苯二酚为阻聚剂,用三羟甲基丙烷和丙烯酸在苯溶剂中直接发生酯化反应,经过中和、洗涤、脱色和真空脱水,制得了高透明的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)。由于采用的催化剂和阻聚剂独具特点,异于常规,使得TMPTA收率达到98%且色泽清透。Using p - methyl benzene sulfonic acid as catalyst and hydroquinone as inhibitor, trimethylopropane triacrylate was synthesised by the esterification of trimethylolpropane and acrylic acid in the benzene solvent. The reaction mixture was treated by neutralization, washing, discoloring and dehydrating in vacuum. As the catalyst and inhibitor were particular, the yield of TMPTA in high transparency reached 98 %.
