摘  要:介绍了氯乙烯精馏的工艺流程,指出其中存在的问题——低沸塔生产波动比较大,对生产过程进行了标定,用流程模拟软件HYSYS对氯乙烯装置低沸塔进行了工艺数据的考核,分析了低沸塔产品质量不合格及生产波动的原因,并在现有自控流程的基础上给出了低沸塔塔顶冷凝器自控流程改造方案。The technical process of chlomethylene rectification was introduced. The problem was pointed out that production fluctuation of the low boil tower was bigger. The demarcation to production and the check of the technical data of the low boil tower were carried out in chloroethylene device with simulant software of flow HYSYS. The reasons of disqualification of product quality and fluctuation in production of the low boil tower were analyzed, and the reconstructed scheme of control - by - oneself flow of the condenser of the low boil tower on the base of the existing control - by - oneself flow was presented.
