摘 要:以粉煤灰为原料,研究了水热反应时间对粉煤灰转变产物、溶液中Si4+浓度和制备P型沸石的影响。结果表明,在80℃水热6 d,合成含P型和X型沸石的粉煤灰沸石;水热36 h时,溶液中Si4+浓度最大为0.51 mol/L;在上层清液中加入A l3+,陈化36 h后,在95℃水热条件下,晶化3 d,合成的P型沸石结晶较好。并对P型沸石、粉煤灰沸石、活性炭、天然沸石和粉煤灰吸附性能进行了研究。结果表明,合成的P型沸石吸附能力最好,吸附率为98.83%。Base on the fly ash as the raw material, the paper researched the hydrothermal reaction time affected to the fly ash converted products, Si^4+ density in solution, preparation of the P type zeolite. The results showed that 80℃ hydrothermal with 6 days could synthesize fly ash zeolite with P type and X type zeolite. When hydrothermal for 35 hours, the max si^4+ density in the solution could be 0. 51 mol/L. Al^3+ shall be added to the top clean liquid. After 36 hours ageing, under the 95℃ water heating condition, the crystallization for 3 days will have synthetic P type zeolite with good crystal. The paper had a research on adsorption performances of the P type zeolite, fly ash zeolite, activated carbon, natural zeolite and fly ash. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the synthetic zeolite was the best with an adsorption rate of 98.83 %.
