摘 要:阐述了我国乳化液浓度检测、配比技术的发展概况,指出了研发乳化液浓度自动检测与配比系统的必要性,对比研究了现场应用中的3种乳化液浓度自动检测与配比系统的典型实例,分析了它们各自的技术特点。展望了将乳化液浓度的自动检测和配比系统纳入整个综采工作面的综合监测与控制系统的发展趋势。The paper introduced the development status of the density measurement and mixing ratio technology of the emulsion in China. The paper pointed out the necessity to research and develop the density auto measurement and mixing ratio system for the emulsion. A comparison research was made on the typical eases of three density auto measurement and mixing ratio systems of the emulsion. The paper analyzed each technical features of the system. The paper had an outlook on the development tendency of the comprehensive monitoring and control system for the fully mechanized coal mining face with the density auto measurement and mixing ratio system.
