摘 要:目的:从红色诺卡氏放线菌细胞壁骨架(N-CWS)中分离筛选新的免疫活性组分。方法:MTT法检测N-CWS中的主要组分对脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响,并对活性组分进行气相色谱分析。结果:在4.5~144μg.mL-1范围内,N-CWS中的多糖(PS)具有明显的刺激脾淋巴细胞增殖的生物活性,并在9~18μg.mL-1时刺激作用最强;它是一种主要由阿拉伯糖和半乳糖按照1∶1.66的摩尔比组成的阿拉伯半乳聚糖。结论:N-CWS的抗肿瘤和免疫调节活性主要与其多糖类成分有关。AIM: To find new immunological active compositions from Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton(N-CWS). METHODS: The componenls from N-CWS were purified, and their activity on the growth of mouse splenic lymphocyles was analyzed by MTT method. The chemical analysis of active composition was made by GC. RESULTS: The polysaccharide(PS)could stiulate the proliferalion of mouse splenic lymphocytes apparently at the coneentration of 4.5-144μg· mL ^-1 and exert its effects at the concentration of 9-18 μg· mL^-1 markedly. GC investigation confirmed thai the polysacchauide was a kind of arabinogalaclan in which the arabinose / galaclose rate was about 1.66. CONCLUSION: The immunological activity of N-CWS on Ihe growth of tumor cells is mainly related to its polysaccharide.
