摘　　要：本文报道了３０年间收治的小儿尿退粘膜脱垂１５例。探讨了其病因及治疗方法，作者等认为本病是在先无缺陷的基础上，因腹内压增高而发生本病。而粘膜箍扎术是治疗本病最安全、简单而有效的方法。Fifteen cases with urthral prolapses were treated in the past 30 years. One case received conservative treatment,4 cases had circular urethrectomy and 10 cases had surgical treatment with Campbcll's method.All of them recovered satisfactorily.We consideer that the etilolgy and pathongenesis of this disease are congenital defect combined with increased intra-abdominal pressure.It is concluded that Campbell's methodis a simple, safe and effecive procedure.
