混合填料对导热硅橡胶性能的影响

摘　　要：对MgO/Al2O3、MgO/石墨、Al2O3/石墨混合填料填充硅橡胶的力学性能、导热性能以及电性能进行了研究。结果表明,在相同配比下(80份),热导率顺序为:MgO/石墨填充硅橡胶>Al2O3/石墨填充硅橡胶>MgO/Al2O3填充硅橡胶;绝缘性能顺序为:Al2O3/石墨填充硅橡胶、MgO/石墨填充硅橡胶<MgO/Al2O3填充硅橡胶;力学性能顺序为:MgO/石墨填充硅橡胶的拉伸强度最大,MgO/Al2O3及Al2O3/石墨填充硅橡胶的扯断伸长率较好。The effects of mixed fillers MgO/Al2O3,MgO/graphite and Al2O3/graphite on the mechanical performance,thermal conductivity and electrical insulation of the silicone rubber is investigated.The experimental results showed that with the same proportion of fillers(80phr),the order of thermal conductivity of silicone rubber is MgO/graphite/silicone rubber>Al2O3/graphite/silicone rubber> MgO/Al2O3/silicone rubber.The order of electrical insulation of silicone rubber is MgO/graphite/silicone rubber,Al2O3/graphite/silicone rubber < MgO/Al2O3/silicone rubber.
