摘　　要：目的:了解全子宫切除对更年期症状的影响。方法:对320例因妇科良性疾病而进行全子宫切除手术治疗的妇女进行分组调查,了解她们术后6个月更年期症状出现的情况。结果:仅进行全子宫切除术而保留单侧/双侧卵巢的妇女更年期症状的发病率明显低于进行全子宫及双附件切除术者,而不同的手术途径者则因手术范围相同,更年期症状相差不大。结论:更年期症状与卵巢保留与否有密切关系。Objective：To explore the influence of hysterectomy to women＇ s climacteric symptoms. Methods：320 cases who had experienced hysterectomy for gynecologic benign diseases were investigated by groups. The climacteric symptoms were observed in 6 months after the operation. Results：The incidence of climacteric symptoms on the women with hysterectomy but remaining unilateral or bilateral ovary was significantly lower than that with hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy. Because of the same operation range, the climacteric symptoms had no difference on the women undergone different ways of operation. Conclusion：Whether to remain the ovary is closely associated with climacteric symptoms.
