摘  要:介绍了工程陶瓷磨削温度的研究现状,阐述了磨削温度对陶瓷材料的去除机制的重要影响和几种磨削温度理论的计算方法,分析了几种工程陶瓷磨削中工件热分配系数模型,讨论了几种温度测量技术和讨论了用磨削液等方法来抑制磨削热。总结了磨削参数与表面磨削温度的关系。最后展望了工程陶瓷高速高效磨削温度研究的发展趋势。The state of the art of the grinding temperature of engineering ceramic is given in this paper. In this article, very important effects of grinding temperature on grinding mechanism are mentioned, and several grinding thermal theory calculation methods are put forth. Several modals of grinding heat partition to workpiece are described, and several technologies in grinding temperature measurement are discussed. Relations between grinding parameters and the grinding temperatures are also summed up, and control methods of grinding heat, such as using grinding fluid, are discussed. Finally, the paper gives an outlook of research of the grinding temperature of engineering ceramic in high speed & efficiency grinding.
