摘　　要：数字监控系统是一种监控并记录操作信息和状态的设备[1],在南山射电望远镜的监控,起到了重要的作用.文章介绍了Windows下天线监控系统的系统结构,对主体系统中的多路监控、显示和播放、视频采集、运动检测的编程实现进行了详细的讨论。Digital surveillance system is a device used to watch and record status information. Its application to the radio telescope on Nanshan station has played an important role in remote surveillance. A system structure of digital surveillance system is introduced, and programming realization of the main parts is discussed including the multiplex monitor , display and play module, video capture module and motion detection.
