摘 要:选用Al2O3、ZrO2为粉体原料,在不同介质中测定了粉体的Zeta电位和粒度分布;研究了各种固含量条件下分散剂加入量对悬浮体流变性的影响.结果表明:在pH=10-11附近、分散剂的加入量为0.9%(质量百分数,下同)时复合陶瓷悬浮体的表观粘度呈现最低值;在优选实验条件下,固含量为85%的悬浮体表观粘度随剪切速率的增大而降低,带有明显的"剪切变稀"现象,呈现假塑性流体的特征.采用固含量85%的悬浮体,制备出氧化锆/氧化铝复合泡沫陶瓷.Alumina and zirconia powder are used as the raw material, Zeta potential and the granularity distribution of the powder under the different media are determined ; effects of different capacity of dispersant additive under the condition of different solid content on the rheological behaviors of the suspension are investigated. The results show that a low viscosity suspension can be obtained when the pH value is around 10 and the best fraction of adding dispersant is 0. 9wt% ; under the optimized experiments, the nominal viscosity of the 85wt% suspension decreases with the increasing shear rate, with evident shearthinning character- istic, exhibiting the pseudo-plastic liquid characteristic.
