摘  要:通过测定甜椒胞质雄性不育系A(G05106)及其保持系B(G05107)花蕾中抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化物质含量,研究了胞质雄性不育与活性氧代谢的关系。结果表明:与保持系相比,不育系中的产生速率、H2O2和MDA含量显著高于保持系,过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性略高于保持系,过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性相对较低。此外,不育系中抗坏血酸(AsA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著低于保持系。说明活性氧是促使甜椒花蕾败育的重要因素之一。In order to study the relationship between cytoplasmic male sterile line and reactive oxygen species metabolism in sweet pepper buds, the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the content of antioxidants was examined. Results showed the male sterile line, in which superoxide anion radical (O2) formation rate, content of malonadehyde (MDA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was significantly higher than the maintainer line, peroxidase (POD) and superoxide enzyme (SOD) activities were a little higher than the maintainer line, catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxide (APX) activities were lower than the maintainer line. Moreover, the content of ascorbate (AsA) and glutathione (GSH) in the male sterile line were significantly lower than the maintainer line. So reactive oxygen species metabolism maybe one of the most important reasons to make male sterility.
