摘 要:对汽轮发电机组热力系统进行综合分析,将其凝练成由"热源"、"系统主线"和"系统副线"3部分所组成的总体框架,利用热力学能量平衡方程,引入"微增率"和"空载率"的概念,并利用回归关系模型进行求解,用求解值建立了以发电煤耗极小化为目标,以热力系统流量平衡、能量平衡及机组生产能力限制等为约束条件的运行优化模型。在600MW和200MW调峰机组上进行了实际分析,结果表明应用该模型能有效降低发电煤耗。A comprehensive analysis of thermal system for the turbo -generator set has been carried out, and a general frame consisted of three parts, namely "heat source", "main line of the system", and "sub- lines of the system" being condensed out, and an operation- optimizing model being established by making minimization of coal consumption for power generation as the target, and taking flow rate balance and energy balance of the thermal system as well as productive capability of the units etc. as constraint conditions. An actual analysis on 600 MW and 200 MW units has been carried out, results show that the application of said model can effectively reduce coal consumption of power generation.
