摘  要:国华太仓发电有限公司超临界600MW机组直流锅炉给水处理方式由加氨和联氨的还原性全挥发处理(AVT(R))转换为只加氨的氧化性全挥发处理(AVT(O))后,水汽系统铁含量得到有效控制,从而验证了高纯给水系统非还原性(氧化性)处理的有效性。当机组给水纯度高,但还不具备加氧处理条件时,可考虑采用该方案。The feed water treatment mode of once- through boiler for supercritical 600 MW unit in Guohua Taicang Power Generation Go Ltd has been converted from reductive all volatilized treatment- AVT(R) with adding ammonia and hydrazine to oxidizing all volatilized treatment- AVT(O) with only adding ammonia, the iron content in water- steam system being effectively controlled, thereby, having verified the effectiveness of non- reductive treatment (oxidizing treatment) in highly pure feed water system. In the event of highly pure feed water, but still hasn't treatment condition with adding oxygen, it can be considered to use the said scheme.
