摘　　要：分析了某发电厂皮带中部入炉煤机械采样装置的使用现状及存在的问题。通过增大采样头的开口尺寸,将采样头的故障输出信号与输煤程控联锁,给余煤返回系统加装堵煤保护并设置旁路等改进,使问题得以解决。The present application state and existing problems on mechanical sampling facilities of furnace- incoming coal from middle part of the belt conveyor in one power plant have been analysed. Through increasing the opening size of sampling head, interlocking output signal of sampling head trouble with the programm control of coal conveyor, installing additionally coal plugging protector onto the bucket elevator, and allocating the by- pass, the improvement of design makes all problems to be solved.
