摘　　要：论述了影响我国农业科技进步的主要因素,认为要促进我国农业科技进步,实现农业现代化,必须从政府,农民,科技机构三方面共同着手,并且提出了解决我国农业科技进步的具体途径和措施。Following a detailed introduction to the major factors affecting the progress of agricultural science, the paper proposes the suggestion that measures should be taken from the aspects of the government, farmers, and scientific institutes to promote the development of agricultural science, and to realize the agricultural modernization. Finally, solutions to the development of agricultural science are presented.
