摘　　要：从总结图书馆现有信息服务模式及其不足入手,通过分析高校图书馆用户信息需求的层次化趋势,提出开展信息服务多级化的措施以满足用户的不同需求。This thesis summarizes the current mode and the shortage of information services which offered by u- niversity library, and by analyzing the multilevel trend of users＇ requirement, puts forward the measures to de- velop multilevel services to satisfy the different requirements of the user.
