米力农治疗慢性肺心病心衰的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价米力农治疗慢性肺心病心衰的疗效。方法将64例慢性肺心病心衰患者随机分为2组。治疗组32例在常规治疗的基础上加用米力农10mg静滴,每日一次,7天为一疗程;对照组32例为常规治疗。结果米力农组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为71.9%。两组疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论米力农治疗慢性肺心病心衰疗效确定。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of milrinone in treatment of chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure. Methods To divide sixty-four patients of chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure into groups on random. The treatment group of 32 patients were treated with milrinone 10mg ivgtt qd for 7d in addition to conventional therapy. The control group of 32 patients were treated with conventional therapy only. Results The total efficiency rates were 87.5% of the treatment group vs that of the control group were 71.9%. There were markedly significant differences between two group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Milrinone is certainly effective in treatment of chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure.
