摘　　要：中央银行不能完全任由资产泡沫膨胀。当前我国的资产价格上涨有较强的内生性,泡沫的进一步积累和最终破裂,将对经济造成较大冲击。金融监管确实重要,但仅此难以有效解决问题,货币政策应该且可以发挥积极作用。应逐步收缩银根,进一步加大人民币汇率弹性。The central bank cannot take a laissez-faire attitude towards the swelling asset bubble. The current rise of asset prices in China is highly indigenous and the bulging and bursting of the bubble can rock the country＇s economy. Financial supervision, despite its importance, cannot solve the problem by itself. Monetary policy should and can play an active role. China should gradually tighten its money supply and improve the flexibility of its RMB exchange rate.
