摘　　要：“九五”期间,随着光纤通信技术和计算机网络技术的发展,及电力系统对信息需求的不断增加,光缆建设进入了高速发展时期,哈—牡光缆就是这一时期建设起来的。作为黑龙江电力第1条长距离ADSS光缆,哈—牡光缆于1996年开始建设,1997年投入运行。10余年来,光纤网络建设不断推进,传输网络快速发展,而哈—牡ADSS光缆一直发挥着重要的作用,其高质量的运行为光缆线路的设计、施工以及管理提供了很好的经验。During the ＂ninth five-year plan＂ period, the construction of optical fiber network entered into a new era along with the development of optic fiber and computer network technology. The optical fiber link from Haerbin to Mudanjiang was constructed in 1996 and put into operation in 1997 as the first long distance ADSS link of Heilongjiang Power Company, Ten years have passed since the construction, this link still has the guiding significance for future projects.
