摘　　要：传统的PCM专线是目前电力系统主要采用的RTU接入方式之一,该方式存在成本高、质量差等缺点。文章提出一种新型的RTU信息专线接入实现方案,能充分利用DDN网络资源,同时开发一种专用数字透传时隙复用设备,将RTU信息映射到64 k时隙中传输,从而为自动化用户提供低成本、优质高效的DDN数字透传RTU信息服务。Traditional PCM dedicated line is the major data access method for RTU in electric power system. However, this mode is high cost and low quality. In this paper, Zhejiang electric power company proposes a new solution for dedicated RTU data access service. By fully utilizing DDN network resources and developing a new dedicated digital signal transparent transmission multiplexer, the RTU data can be mapped to 64k time-slot channel. Thus a low-cost, hlgh-quality and high-efficiency RTU data access service can be provided.
