摘　　要：V5接口是数字用户传输系统和本地交换机(LE)之间的数字接口,其应用在目前电力通信接入网建设中具有现实意义。文章重点分析了目前电力通信电话接入网的现状和缺陷;介绍了V5接口技术原理;阐述了利用V5接口传送话音业务的优势,并提供了V5接口技术改造的解决方案。V5 interface is the digital interface between digital subscriber transmission system and the local exchanger （LE）. It is of great importance in the access network construction. This paper analyzes emphatically the situation of current power telecommunication access network and the disadvantage, introduces the technical principle of V5 interface, describes the advantage of transmitting voice signal by using V5 interface, as well as provides technical upgrading solution of V5 interface.
