摘  要:小湾水电站施工导流流量大,导流建筑物规模大、运行期长、坝址段河床堆积渣严重、地质条件较复杂、围堰基础防渗处理困难及布置空间狭小。设计采用风险分析法选定导流洪水标准,从多角度对导流建筑物布置进行了多方案技术经济比选,针对导流工程实施过程中的具体情况,对导流隧洞进、出口开挖支护、洞身锚喷、钢筋混凝土衬砌,围堰布置和结构型式等进行了及时的动态跟踪、设计优化及一些创新,满足了提前一年截流工期的要求,取得了较为显著的技术经济效益。Water diversion of Xiaowan has the following characteristics: great discharging volume, large scale of water diversion structures, long operation period, deep accumulation on riverbed on damsite river reaches, complicated geological conditions, difficulties on anti-seepage treatment of cofferdam and small site for layout. In design, risk analysis method is used to determine flood standard and several alternatives are compared for layout of construction water diversion structures. In the meantime, dynamic tracking analysis and design optimization are conducted on support of tunnel excavation, anchoring, lining, arranging of cofferdam. So, river closure was carried out one year ahead of scheduled construction period and obvious economic and technical benefits are realized.
