活性单体对苯并口恶嗪树脂性能的影响

摘  要:通过加入活性单体E,对自制苯并口恶嗪(FBZ)及FBZ/E的反应性进行了研究,并制作了FBZ层压板和FBZ/E层压板,研究了其力学性能、阻燃性及热稳定性。实验结果表明,加入活性单体E后,FBZ的凝胶时间缩短、活化能降低;FBZ/E层压板的弯曲强度和冲击强度都比FBZ层压板提高3倍多;FBZ层压板和FBZ/E层压板的氧指数都大于50,为难燃材料,且其热稳定性也有所提高。In the paper, the reactivity of self-made benzoxazine(FBZ) and FBZ/E was studied by active monomer E. FBZ laminate and FBZ/E laminate were made, and their mechanical properties, thermal stability and flame resistance were investigated. The gel time and activation energy of FBZ decrease after adding active monomer E. Both flexural strength and impact strength of FBZ/E laminate are more than 3 times FBZ laminate. The oxygen index of FBZ laminate and FBZ/E laminate are all greater than 50, so those are flame proof. The retained percentage of FBZ/E laminate is 73. 41% in 2 h at 850℃, and that of FBZ laminate is 71.91% in the same condition. Therefore the mechanical property of laminate is increased after adding active monomer E, and the thermal stability of that is enhanced and the fire resistance of FBZ/E laminate is good as FBZ laminate.
