摘 要:用溶液共混法制备了三种不同质量比例的壳聚糖/羧甲基纤维素(1/2、1/1、2/1)复合膜。用IR、XRD、SEM和倒置显微镜对其进行了结构表征;并对这些膜的吸水溶胀性及力学性能进行了测试;最后用三种不同的模拟体液对其进行了体外浸泡实验以考察其降解性能。结果表明,这些复合膜各组分有很好的组分相容性,发生了一定的相互交联作用,且当两组分比例为1∶1的复合膜其拉伸强度可达55.65M Pa,其吸水率和体外降解性能也是最理想的膜,可望用作引导骨组织再生膜。Chitosan/carboxymethyl cellulose (CS/CMC) compound membranes with different weight ratios(1/2, 1/1, 2/1) were prepared by co-solution method. The structure properties of the membranes were characterized by IR, XRD, SEM, microscope, and the physical properties were evaluated by tension strength and absorption rate, and their in vitro degradation properties were investigated by PBS, SBF and physiological saline solution soaking respectively for different time period. The results show that there are strong chemical interactions of ionic cross-linking between CS and CMC. Moreover, the CS/CMC membrane with a weight ratio of 1 : 1 is the most ideal membrane, whose tension strength reaches 55.65 MPa, both absorption rate and in vitro degradation property are acceptable for bio-membrane, which shows a promising prospect as guide bone tissue regeneration membrane.
