摘　　要：对三角高程网起算点问题,通过相关的数据统计,并认真进行精度分析后,提出了具体的适用范围,为实际测绘工作提供了理论依据和可行的测量方法.Begins reckoning a question to the triangle elevation network, through the related data statistics, after earnestly carries on the precision analysis, proposed the concrete applicable scope, was the actual mapping work which has provided the theory basis and the feasible measuring technique.
