摘　　要：脂质体介导的转染法是一种高效、对外源核酸的大小无限制、可在体内外进行转染的外源核酸进入真核细胞的重要技术.分析了脂质体作为基因载体的优点、组成及作用机制,结合实验结果对制备脂质体的超声波分散法、逆相蒸发法、二次乳化法做了比较分析.The application of liposomes in genetherapy as gene delivery and the structure and the composition of liposomes are introduced.The research on the mechanism of liposomes transgenosis and the advantages are stated,and comparing preparations of liposome.
