摘  要:目的了解尿路感染病原菌的分布及耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对尿路感染的158株病原菌进行鉴定和药敏试验,同时对大肠埃希菌进行ESBLs检测。结果尿路感染以大肠埃希菌检出率最高(42.4%),其次为肠球菌(10.1%),大肠埃希菌ESBLs检出率呈逐年增高趋势。革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南100%敏感,革兰阳性菌对万古霉素最为敏感。结论尿路感染的病原菌呈多元性,其耐药性呈上升趋势,应引起临床高度重视。Objective To investigate the pathogens distribution in urinary tract infection and the drug- resistance so as to provide basis for clinic selection of antibiotics. Methods 158 strains of pathogenic bacterium of urinary tract infection were detected and drug - resistance test was made to them; ESBLs was applied in the detection of Escherichia coli. Results Escherichia coli were detected to be the top in urinary tract infection (42.4%), and then was Enterococcns (10.1%) ; the detection rate of Escherichia coli kept raising yearly; Gram- negaive bacillus were sensitive to imipenem while Gram- positive cocci were most sensitive to Vancomycin. Conclusion There is multielement in pathogenic bacterium of urinary tract infection, and the drug- resistance is getting stronger and stronger, to which high attention should be paid in clinic.
