摘 要:粉体特性研究对于探索矿渣粉高效制备的方法至关重要.选用 Rosin-Rammler-Bennett 方程作为粒度分布模型,对立磨矿渣粉采用分级组合的手段,配制出22种具有不同特征粒径(De=8~20μm)和不同均匀性系数(n=0.9~1.4)的矿渣粉体(n=0.9~1.4).在研究其粉体特性的基础上,建立了矿渣粉的粒度分布参数(n 和 De 值)、压缩应力与粉体的自然堆积密度和压缩密度之间的经验关系模型.发现经400 kPa 压缩应力压实的矿渣粉体,呈现出弹性特征.卸载后其回弹率介于0.33%~0.475%.矿渣粉的比表面积越小,回弹率越大.Study on powder characteristics is very important to explore the highly efficient methods for preparation of ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS). The study took Rosin-Rammler-Bennett equation(RRB) as particle size distribution model and prepare twenty-two GGBFS samples with different characteristic diameter De and homogeneous co- efficient n ( De = 8 ~ 20μm, n = 0. 9~1.4) through powder gradation and then combination of GGBFS ground in a vertical mill. Based on experimental results about powder characteristics of these specimens, experiential mathematic models reflecting relations among natural packing density, compression density, compression stresses and Particle Size Distribution parameters(PSDP) of GGBFS has been built. It is also found that the compacted GGBFS block present certain elasticity. After a 400KPa compression stress is unload, the resilience percentage of compressed GGBFS block is between 0. 33% ~0.475%. Smaller is Blaine specific surface of GGBFS, larger is its resilience percent.
