细胞小片规格对三角帆蚌内脏团培育圆形有核珍珠质量的影响

摘　　要：报导了在三角帆蚌内脏团培育圆形有核珍珠中细胞小片规格与珠核规格之间的匹配试验结果。对有核珍珠从成珠率、尾巴珠率、光洁度、光泽度、正圆率和珍珠等级的影响比较表明,珠核直径在8.00～8.25 mm时,以2.0 mm×2.0 mm的小片规格为宜,有利于优质有核珍珠的培育。Match test with size of mantle piece and pearl nucleus on round nucleated pearl cultlvated visceral mass of Hyriopsis cumingii was first reported. It was profitable to the cultivation of high quality nucleated pearl when the pearl nucleus and mantle piece were 8.00-8.25 mm and 2.0 mm×2.0 mm, respectively, according to the forming rate of nucleated pearl, the rate of short-tailed or perfect round pearl, pearl surface smoothness and glossiness, pearl quality, etc.
