摘 要:目的建立复方洗必泰漱口液质量分析方法,并考察其对口腔中常见需氧菌的体外抑菌作用。方法采用高效液相色谱法(high-performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定复方洗必泰漱口液中三主药的含量;采用琼脂平板二倍稀释法测定该制剂最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果醋酸洗必泰、盐酸达克罗宁、地塞米松的浓度分别在8-40、10-50、10-50μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r分别为0.9992、0.9994和0.9999;体外抑菌试验显示复方洗必泰漱口液对金黄色葡萄球菌,表皮葡萄球菌,铜绿假单胞菌及大肠埃希菌具有良好的抑菌作用。结论高效液相色谱法测定制剂中三主药含量的方法可靠,复方洗必泰漱口液对口腔常见需氧菌的体外抑菌作用试验表明其为-疗效满意的口腔制剂。Objective To establish a quality analysis method for the compound chlorhexidine gargle, and study its inhibitory effect of anti-oral aerobic bacteria in vitro. Methods The concentrations of 3 ingredients in the compound chlorhexidine gargle were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), S. aureus, S. epidermidis,Ps, aeruginosa, and E. coli were chosen as the experimental bacteria. Minimal inhibi- tory concentration (MIC) was measured by agar dilution test. Results A good linear relationship was observed when chlorhexidine acetate, dyclonine hydrochloride and dexamethasone were respectively in a range of 8-40, 10-50, and 10-50 μg/ml. Their correlation coefficients were 0.9992, 0.9994 and 0.9999 respec- tively. The compound chlorhexidine gargle showed better bacteriostatic effects on above-mentioned bacteria. Conclusion The compound chlorhexidine gargle was a better oral preparation and might be an effective agent in treating S. aureus, S. epidermidis,Ps, aeruginosa, and E. coli caused diseases.
